Yummy!

Brian whipped up one of his delicious crumbles today. He used rhubarb from the garden and two apples that had fallen from our tree. His secret is to boil the rhubarb with port and to put chopped walnuts in the crumble topping. I actually hated rhubarb crumble until I had his. I have been converted!!!
