This morning we ventured out to the Phoenix Park as it was a beautiful day. We walked as far as the Phoenix Cafe in the Interpretive Centre and stopped there for coffee and a scone. The scone was DELICIOUS! It was still warm and the blackcurrant jam it came with tasted homemade. Yummy!
In total we walked for an hour and forty minutes. A great start to the day! The weather was beautiful and it was lovely and quiet.
I thought this pond looked like the Death of Ophelia by Millais. I love the Pre-Raphaelites!
